decision and am willing to set it off
against the other. But the verdict of
the Jury
was not to the effect that the
Defendant had proved his special
plea
which in culpability but that
the prosecution has not by its evidence
substantiated its accusation that

the whole
of my
conduct in this and
all other matters while in
office.
Yours sincerely
